FTP INFORMATION:

Login to cPanel and determine your 'node' by clicking on server information on the right side.

The below servers that utilize Path DDoS protection and must handle 
passive FTP connections a bit differently. 

Customers can connect using the hostname noted below without any further action (i.e. whitelisting IP) except on Node510.

You can usually recognize passive FTP being blocked in an FTP client when it becomes
stuck on list the FTP directories step of the connection.


If you are on one of 'these' nodes it will require your ftp hostname to be:

ftp.node510.namehero.net - must whitelist IP
ftp.node511.namehero.net

You will not be able to use ftp.yourdomain or yourdomain as host. You will
need to use the exact ftp.nodeXXX.namehero.net listed above.
